P. V. R. Vacuum pumps of the PVL & EU series are air-cooled, single-stage oil-sealed rotary vane with oil-recirculation system.

Some typical uses are:

Evacuation of closed system or to operate at a constant vacuum level.

Vacuum packaging.

Paper, plastic, rubber, wood, glass and marble processing.

Pick-and-place of work piece.

Continuous industrial use and for suction and removal of air, even in the presence of water vapour.
Their capacity range extends from 10m3/h to 1,000 m3/h, with an ultimate absolute vacuum of 0.5 mbar.

F. P. Z. Regenerative Blower and Exhauster offers the solution for handling flows to 2000 m3/h (1200 cfm) at pressure till 600 mbar and vacuum till -450 mbar of air.

F. P. Z. regenerative blowers & exhausters operate at relatively moderate speeds, normally at 3,000 rpm and all are direct-driven thus eliminating the upkeep associated with belt-driven arrangements.

All bearings are sealed and are permanent greased. These pumps are widely used in central vacuum cleaning systems for factories and commercial buildings for light to medium vacuuming and cleaning applications, small waste water treatment aeration, drying of parts, vacuum hold-down, continuous dust removal and etc.

These compact vacuum pumping units comprising P.V.R. rotary vane vacuum pump and the P.V.R. Roots Pump RP models. They are widely used for intensive applications within the food industry plants (vacuum packaging), as well as vacuum impregnation process, vacuum metalizing, drying, vacuum holding, heat treatment, manufacturing of chemicals and degassing industrial processes and so on.

The Roots Vacuum Pumps (1st stage) connected in series with rotary vane vacuum pumps (2nd stage) form one single compact unit.

Their capacity range extends from 340 m3.h to 8,500 m3/h, with an ultimate absolute vacuum of 0.01 mbar (abs).
