Dense phase conveying system is a high-pressure, low-velocity system that moves abrasive or easily degradable dry materials down the line gently and efficiently. The whole purpose of this system is to move the substances from point A to point B with the same amount of density using pressurised air.
The speed of the system is low so that the material will not be suspended in the air stream. This system is suitable for very fragile materials and mixtures, slightly hygroscopic material (sand/sugar) and etc.
